New Drainage Project commences
Crimscote Construction have made a start on site in Little Aston, Sutton Coldfield to complete the drainage package to serve two highly impressive and bespoke residential developments for our client; Romford Homes
Crimscote Construction will complete all drainage, Groundwork’s and civils elements, including the installation and commissioning of a new bio disc, sewer treatment plant. The groundwork’s element is expected to take approximately 3 weeks to complete. The complex network of foul and storm drainage connections in and around both properties will be plumbed into a series of chambers before a hydro brake system carefully controls flow into the newly proposed sewer treatment system.
Crimscote Construction will also undertake the foundations and footings for the properties garages, including the construction of the concrete reinforced floors, trenches and ducting for utility services. Our very own plant machinery will also be undertaking the hard landscaping, levelling and grading of the site with imported hardcore which will enable the driveways, footpaths, soft landscaping and road construction to all be completed.
Work will continue at the rear of the properties where Crimscote Construction will level and hard landscape all garden areas, including storm land drains and foundations for boundary walls and retaining walls.
The finished article will be two extremely exclusive and bespoke developments within one of the most desirable areas in the west midlands. Roman Lane is a private road which still boasts excellent transport links around the city.
The finished properties are expected to reach somewhere in the region of £2.7m pounds, but this unique development, in an affluent area such as Little Aston, which once boasted the actor Roger Moore as a resident in the mid 80’s, is destined to turn heads once its completed.
