Crimscote Construction is delighted to be starting the build on a prestigious new homes development in Alderbrook Rd, Solihull.
Crimscote Construction will be responsible for the complete and comprehensive civil and groundworks package for the new estate, which will include seven houses and a new service road. Each plot will boast more than 200 square metres floor plan over two stories in what is widely considered as one of the most desirable roads in the midlands.
Our operatives are on site, starting things the right way; undertaking the engineering work to specifically mark out engineering levels and cross reference these with each building footprint.
Crimscote Construction will complete all foul and storm drainage which will include new deep seated drainage connections in Alderbrook road in order to connect onto existing sewers. Five plots will require piling, and we will complete the complex ring beam foundation, with steel reinforcement cages tying into the piles to complete a solid reinforced ring beam. We will continue with the sub structure brickwork to house a specific engineered block and beam floor system.
The team from Crimscote Construction will also complete the storm attenuation chambers to store storm water and control flow before being discharged into the drains seated below Alderbrook Road.
The project has an initial programme of approximately 14 months to complete all associated work, however the plan is to collaborate and reduce the programme by as much as possible to get the new owners in and settled as soon as possible.
This newest contract acquisition means we are now installing the foundations on 10 new developments within Solihull alone this year, aside from our other residential and commercial contracts.
